Every set lasts 2-6 weeks. Your individual habits, lash thickness & lash growth cycle determine how long they last for you.

Fill-ins include removing your outgrown lashes & filling in the spaces in your set. Refills are needed every 2-3 weeks.

Properly applied lash extensions do not cause damage to your natural lashes. The application of lash extensions is a very precise skill, I take extreme care in the application process to ensure the lashes are applied properly. As your lash extensions shed out you will see a natural lash shed along with it. This is natural & expected, not to worry as those lashes are being replaced by new growth (your lashes shed with or without lash extensions). With proper aftercare of your lash extensions, you should experience excellent results & no damage to your natural lashes. Just be sure to not pull or pluck them because this will cause damage.

No. All sales are final, please make sure to double-check the items in your cart as well as your email and shipping address before placing your order. Once your order is placed nothing can be changed.

You will receive them in your email mailbox - be sure to provide the correct email address. I will not resend your digital items if you enter the incorrect email address when purchasing… you will have to repurchase with the correct email.

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order. It will take 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered once processed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Failure to submit the correct email or mobile number during customer registration or checkout will prevent you from receiving notifications.

Due to the nature of our beauty products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as the product cannot be reused upon return. No refunds will be given to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of disease. All orders are FINAL. An order cannot be canceled or refunded once placed
