Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as the product cannot be reused upon return. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds will be given to prevent cross-contamination and spread of disease.
All orders are FINAL. An order cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Candy Minks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once you have received
your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. 
Packages that show as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please
make sure that all information is correct!


We are not responsible for contacting the post office regarding the status of a delayed/lost
package. Please contact your local post office or file a claim with USPS for further information
regarding your package.
